Shop Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Voyager Vinyl, you agree to the following shop rules and legal terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Accuracy & Expectations

  • Color Matching: We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and screen calibrations, the physical color of a vinyl decal or 3D filament may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.
  • 3D Print Characteristics: 3D printed items are manufactured layer-by-layer. As a result, visible layer lines, small surface artifacts, or minor "seams" are a normal part of the process and are not considered defects.
  • Sizing: Please refer to the dimensions listed in the product description. It is the customer's responsibility to measure their intended surface or space before ordering.

2. Custom & Personalized Work

  • Proofing: For custom decals or prints, we may send a digital proof for approval. If we do not hear back within 48 hours, we will proceed with the design as shown in the proof to avoid shipping delays.
  • Content Rights: By submitting a custom design or logo, you represent that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing offensive, copyrighted, or trademarked material that you do not own.

3. Usage & Liability

  • Proper Application: We provide application instructions for all vinyl decals. [Your Business Name] is not responsible for damage to surfaces (car paint, walls, laptops, etc.) caused by improper application or removal of our products.
  • Safety Warning: 3D printed items are often decorative. Unless explicitly stated, they are not intended as toys for small children or pets, as small parts may break off and become a choking hazard.
  • Heat Sensitivity: Some 3D printed materials (like PLA) may warp if left in high-heat environments, such as a hot car in the summer. We are not responsible for heat-related damage after delivery.

4. Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Inaccurate pricing or product descriptions.
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions.
  • Unreasonable custom requests that we cannot fulfill.
    If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and descriptions on this website are the intellectual property of Voyager Vinyl. Copying or redistributing our designs without written permission is strictly prohibited. We will only accept and process reports of alleged Intellectual Property (IP) infringement if submitted directly by the legal owner of the intellectual property rights. Alternatively, an agent formally authorized by them can send the report. We will not accept or act upon infringement reports submitted by third-party services or monitoring agencies. We will not accept reports from similar entities unless they hold the legal ownership rights themselves. This policy aligns with the principle that legal claims regarding intellectual property, such as those under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the United States (specifically, Title 17, Section 512(c) of the U.S. Code), generally require the claimant to be the rights holder or their authorized agent to assert the claim and affirm the statements under penalty of perjury.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
