Shipping and delivery

Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Yoyager Vinyl! We take great care in packaging our vinyl decals and 3D prints to ensure they arrive safely at your door.

1. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer two primary shipping methods to balance cost and speed:

  • Standard Decal Shipping (Vinyl Decals Only):
    • Sent via USPS First Class Mail (Stamp and Envelope).
    • Note: This method does not include a tracking number.
    • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, though it can vary by season.
  • Standard Tracked Shipping:
    • Sent via USPS Ground Advantage.
    • Includes a tracking number sent to your email once the label is created.
    • Includes $100 of insurance for your peace of mind.

2. Processing Times

All items are made to order.

  • Vinyl Decals: Processed and shipped within 2 business days.
  • 3D Printed Items: Due to the time required for printing, these items are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Note: If your order contains both a decal and a 3D printed item, they will ship together via USPS Ground Advantage.

3. Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been handed over to USPS, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (US): 2–5 business days.
  • Delays: Please understand that weather, holidays, and postal delays are outside of our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

If you selected the USPS Ground Advantage option, you will receive an automated email with your tracking link. If you opted for Free Shipping, your order will arrive in a standard envelope in your regular daily mail.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If an item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the item.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

  • For Tracked Items: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office.
  • For Untracked (Free) Items: If your decal has not arrived after 14 business days, please contact us at [email protected] so we can find a solution.
