30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yoyager Vinyl! We want you to love your items, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please review our policy for returns and exchanges below.

1. The 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

2. Item-Specific Requirements

• Vinyl Decals: * Decals must be unused and still attached to the original backing paper and transfer tape.
  • We cannot accept returns for decals that have been partially or fully applied, or damaged during the application process.
  • Tip: Please read our application instructions carefully before applying!
• 3D Printed Items:
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Due to the nature of 3D printing, small surface variations are normal; however, if an item arrives with structural defects or shipping damage, it is eligible for a full replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom/Personalized Orders: Any decal or 3D print designed specifically for you (custom names, dates, or colors) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.

4. How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item.
2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If we made a mistake or if your item arrived broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
